Private Pay Discounted Rates

Discounted rates are provided for those whose wish to pay out of pocket. Please contact for details.

Payments Accepted

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA, and cash. We do not accept checks.

Superbills

We offer superbills for those wishing to use their out of network benefits. Superbills ARE insurance claims and will be handled as such. You will be responsible for insurance billed rates at the time of service in order to receive a superbill. Clients wishing to submit superbills are not eligible for the private pay discounted rates.
